CAVA

I usually never get takeout, but today was one of those days. I woke up at 5:00 AM, it’s almost 11:00 PM now, and I stopped by this Cava completely exhausted. They were extremely busy packing nonstop takeout orders, yet Hector took care of me with so much kindness and patience. Despite how hectic it was, he was genuinely polite, warm, and thoughtful. He packed my food so carefully and made me feel truly taken care of. That kind of service is rare, especially working late at night after a looong day. There are a million Cava locations all over Boston, but I will absolutely be coming back to this one because of Hector alone. Thank you so much, Hector—you genuinely made my entire day.

I always go to this Cava location because they stay stocked on everything even later in the evening and my bowl is always packed! I went today and the guy got a new container of arugula because the current one was kind of empty, so they really make an effort for the ingredients here. Definitely would choose this location over others, again.

Jesus and jenny were amazing ! It was my first time and they were very helpful and attentive with everything. Thank you Cava!! must go !! I got two plates when I walked in to get one !

Wonderful experience they always go above and beyond carver has the best food much better than Chipotle. The ingredients is fresh and the staff at this location are wonderful wonderful wonderful

I came by on my birthday for dinner, Imelda & Nalisha were great at serving and detailing the ingredients for me to understand. I can tell that these girls come to work wanting to be great at what they do and they are sincere at doing their job.
