Cathay Wok

I ordered Chinese food from Cathay Wok on Bridge Street and was informed that my order would take about an hour and thirty minutes due to how busy they were, which I completely understood. However, when the food finally arrived, it was cold. I called back politely and calmly to explain that I had waited a long time for my order and was disappointed to receive cold food. I simply wanted to see what kind of resolution could be offered. Unfortunately, instead of being met with understanding, the manager and owner were very disrespectful. I was told that the situation was somehow my fault, which I found extremely unprofessional. By that point, my partner had already waited so long that he had begun eating his meal. Called 40 minutes before closed and asked if they were still delivering and they said yes. Ordered food and it never came waited until midnight before finally ordering from somewhere else.. food is normally pretty good I just wish they had better customer service:/

I love the food here, one of the best I have ever had of this kind of Chinese takeout. Fried dumplings have avocado inside! The kitchen are neat and super clean, high quality food from raw materials to finish products.

Been going here since I met my guy 17 years ago. They never disappoint. Order through them for delivery ect other places charge way too much They have great prices and food is always delicious

Second visit and food is consistently the same. I really like egg foo young and the have lots of fresh sprouts. Place is extremely clean
