I’ve been using this meal prep company for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. Every meal is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly portioned — you can tell they use quality ingredients. The pricing is very fair for what you get, and it’s clear they care about both taste and nutrition. I honestly feel better since I started eating their meals — more energy, lighter, and no post-meal sluggishness. It’s also made me realize how noticeable the difference is when I eat lower-quality food elsewhere. Highly recommend to anyone who wants healthy meals that actually taste great.

I had a major surgery that put me on crutches for four weeks. Cheryl built me a custom meal plan for four weeks based on my body composition, health needs, and recovery goals. She tuned my calories and macros to exactly what I needed to minimize muscle atrophy in meals and snacks that specifically aided in recovery. She also gave me expert advice on additional supplementation that helped me to recover as fast as possible. Her team is incredibly professional and accommodating and I never had a meal that wasn’t awesome. I would definitely be in much worse shape post surgery without her and her amazing team.

This place is amazing!! You can really see the care and detail that goes into each meal when you’re in the shop. They were packed up so easy to identify, food was great, service impeccable! I only wish there was one in DC!! Highly recommend!!
