Castañeda's Mexican Food

If you are African American don’t go here the girls at the front mugged me down. After I paid for my food I asked to use the restroom and she stared me down some more before proceeding to give me a coin to get in very slowly. I ordered 2 mini asada tacos with cheese which totaled $9.67. I hardly wanna eat the food because of the looks they gave me. It’s 2025 with all that’s going on you would expect better customer service or at least kindness. I will not be returning and I’ll definitely tell the people I know not to come here!

CHEAP CHILAQUILES! I'm so shocked that I got a chilaquiles plate for under $12 dollars! When do you ever see that?! The food scratched my Mexican breakfast itch, however the presentation and taste was a bit lazy. My overeasy eggs looked borderline burnt and my chilaquiles were a bit too dry. The meal was very spicy, I guess that's why they advertised this. It wasn't bad, just a bit disappointing. I also purchased pepino water (aka cucumber water) and it was so refreshing for the end of summer. The service is decent, the lady who was at the register brought my food out to me and the other guests. She also helped a disabled customer which was very sweet. By far the most delicious carne asada burrito I have ever had.10+ stars it was very satisfying and filling and a great last minute spot for family on the go . Good job to the cook and staff . I highly recommend this place stop by and enjoy their good menu items especially the carne asada burrito.

I always love the food here,but I wish I would have gotten my order to go because the inside of the restaurant was freezing and I even had a sweater on. Felt like the refrigerator section at a grocery store.

I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK AT YOUR ODER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU The super nachos I ordered had more tortilla chips and cheese then the carnitas want to take a Picture to show it because it would be better to show it then to talk about it. Also I also made an order to 2 big tacos and they gave me 2 small tacos even after they repeated what I ordered over the intercom.
