When i order a loaded burrito from here when velda works its the worst burrito ive ever had and has very little stuff in it but when jack works its REALLY LOADED and is AMAZING. So I dont know who thought a loaded burrito isn't supposed to be loaded and flat but I can tell u that Velda cant make them for crap so I will not longer come to this caseys for breakfast unless its on a weekend when shes not working!
I never think to catch the gentleman's name but he tends to work night shift in the kitchen. But huge shout out to him as he always makes my pizza order perfectly! I've had many caseys over cook it or mess it up in someway but I have never had a bad pizza from this gentleman! He's always super friendly and remembers me and my order everytime! (We truly do not order that often to be remembered) And the best part is I always ask for a big thing of marinara once I get to the store. The last 2-3 times hes already had it served up and ready to go! So thank you sir for always giving us a great experience and I hope you get the raise you deserve!

Mitzi is the worst manager ever for what he did to Janet. I will never give another dime to this store due to lack of professionalism. It has went viral for how that poor 75 year old woman was treated and fired right before she retired because of the managers pettiness. I hope everybody does the same and #STANDSWITHJANET
Buying a rewards deal 3 for 5 sodas and they never haver there credit card machine working so you have to have them enter everything and never got the price right i paid almost 7 dollars for a 3 for 5 soda deal and and the cashier hand me my change and says too bad great customer service
