Casey's

Horrible, rather zero customer service from the store and corporate. We ordered a large half pepperoni with extra cheese and extra pepperoni on the one half. Upon arriving home I realized that it was just a regular pepperoni pizza. Not half and half not extra cheese or pepperoni. I have picky kids, one loves pepperoni and one loves cheese so half and half it is. So I call the store, whoever I spoke to had zero customer service skills said they would leave my name and number on their manager’s desk. This was their resolution? So I was like hey what is your manager’s name and when would I receive a call back? I was told his name is Wyatt and I would receive a call the next day. Well no call was received. So I emailed corporate and it’s been about 4 days now and haven’t heard from anyone. Th

We moved to Woodward Iowa the end of March. We have ordered pizza from the Caseys quite a few times and they have always been exceptional pizzas. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been very polite and friendly. Even when you just stop in to get a lotto ticket or whatever, they are always friendly. Everyone can have a bad day once in awhile. Im so happy that there is a Caseys here in town. Keep up the good work Caseys

I’m giving a huge shout out to the store manager! With a prayer in my heart, cold weather outside, no responses from Uber, leaving a traumatizing situation and needing to get to the airport in Des Moines, Tawnya, didn’t skip a beat, she took me to Des Moines and showed compassion and respect. Thank you!!!!!

Mr. Leighton has been a fantastic addition to the Woodward Casey’s establishment. Not only is the quality noticeably better and consistently, the professionalism is top shelf. I hope Casey’s is taking care of them right. Especially, for a town with one gas station and a lot of locals.

Being a fan, and frequent flyer, of Casey's all over the state, I was pretty dissatisfied with my visit. The staff were loudly bantering when i walked in. The pizza rack was empty and none were in the process of being made despite the 5 employees loitering by the kitchen. If you need a quick bite to eat, I recommend looking elsewhere.
