Showed up at 8:30 p.m., they close at 10. Both food warmers were off and no hot food. Cera is always a pleasant employee!
2nd time this has happened. We ordered a pizza online but online didn't give the special price so I called the store. When I arrived 25 minutes later to pickup pizza (that was when I was told to arrive) the young person making pizza said he hadn't started ours yet as they had too many online orders that just came in 10 minutes ago. Huh??? Guessing he wasn't much of a student. Same kid 4 months ago pulled the same. We are eating a frozen pizza tonight
Ive come to this caseys quite often, with my son, to get ready made pizza. Normally around the noon hour. Unfortunately, 9 of of 10 times there's no pizza in the warmer, either that or the pizza is past it's limit and hasn't been replaced. I have decided to stop coming in because i just can't handle the disappointment on my sons face anymore, not to mention the wasted trip into town.
I can't believe you can't prepay for orders with a CC at Caseys. I live in another town & have tried to order pizza & pay ahead for someone to pick it up & its impossible apparently. They said to try ordering online & you can't pay online for your order either. Why have online ordering then? They need to get into this century!! Very disgusted!!
Most of my experiences are great. But everytime I order a breakfast pizza the lady who works is just mean and nasty. Really made my day bad.
