The girl with the color hair is always crying or having a problem I no people have bad days but it is constant and not what i want to deal with everytime im in the store at all I don’t think she should be at work if she can’t contain herself I’ve heard her say “what’s the problem” multiple times to customers like she’s waiting for a issue

The Windsor Casey's is the worst managed Casey's ever. Whenever I order anything from Casey's I drive to another town. The Casey's manager woman I've ever met. She treats the customer so disrespectfully. I will never go there ever ever and ever ever

I really hate to be such a male Karen, but today after work I couldn't help but feel completely slighted for the horrible sin of waiting for burgers sitting on their table to be placed in the food rack. I know things can get hectic and it would be rude for me to expect them to stop everything for me so I waited. For 30 minutes. I had said I was simply waiting for them to be placed in the rack so I could grab one, but I respectfully waited without pestering anyone. After 40 minutes of standing there I clearly got the hint that I had somehow offended someone by waiting and just paid for my gas and left. I know this sounds extremely petty, but it was so clear that I was being ignored for aggravating them by politely waiting. It was just very frustrating staring at them for 40 minutes as they

Management is extremely poor. Drink coolers are almost always understocked. The good and friendly employees are treated poorly. They're either understaffed or overstaffed with poor employees standing around talking or working when they feel like it. Pizza delivery is supposed to be from 11am to 10 pm but delivery is constantly "temporarily unavailable". The Windsor MO store is just all around mismanaged and should be restaffed. New management at the least.

I went to this store this morning to get gas, snacks, and two juul devices. I was at the counter with my things when I was told I could not purchase two devices. When I asked why, no real explanation was given. I decided against getting everything besides the gas I wanted and the elderly lady behind the counter was extremely rude to me. She proceeded to move the items I no longer wanted behind the counter, she did not put them down gently to say the least. Then she had the audacity to tell me that I could not purchase two juul devices at the same time anywhere else either, which is incorrect. I just did it at another gas station. I am not upset with the policy, I understand that all stores have their own policies. I am, however, annoyed with the disrespectful tone that was taken with me. A
