Casey's

My boyfriend got a mouthful of hair baked into the crust of his pizza tonight. The staff refunded our money but the whole family feels pretty sick about it. Not sure how long it will take to overcome the ick and order again which is sad.

Everytime we go here the staff are sitting around doing nothing. You can have a line of people and literally nobody at the register to check you out. You have to get a bit rude to get them off their phone to interact with the customers. You can tell that nobody wants to be there the place needs just basic cleaning but I guess they just don't care if it looks like they haven't mopped or removed the trash. I've been to a ton of Casey's and this is the by far the worst one. Summary: unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Very dirty store.

I have tried in the past to call Casey's to order a pizza but only got a recording to no man's land. Tonight I decided to order online for delivery at a specific time. Order was not delivered so I called number on website and was told the online order was never received. What a way to do business!!!

I do a lot of driving . The people that take care of me at each and every Casey's have different personalities and the important characteristics. The store is clean , stay calm when swamped , and seem to appreciate the acknowledgement of the the fact that their day is long too.

The best staff to wake up to in the morning. Amber is super friendly and personable, treating everyone like a local. No one’s a stranger when they walk into this location. Top tier customer service!!!! 🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥
