I recently placed a pizza order at the Casey’s on State Street in Westville. I arrived at 9:12 PM for my scheduled pickup and let the cashier know I was there. She turned to the kitchen, and I overheard the pizza maker say, "I didn't see the order ticket hanging there," followed by, "they're early anyways," and then, "if they come back at 9:11, it should be done." Well, I was there at 9:12—not exactly early—and my pizza wasn’t ready until 9:20. While I understand things get missed sometimes, it was disappointing to hear my punctuality dismissed and realize the order hadn’t even been started yet. The pizza itself was fine, but the service and attitude left something to be desired. Hopefully, just an off night.
Lots of options for food and drinks Delivery is not the best sometimes your pizza will come cold or it’s will just take a year to arrive Very nice staff,manger is very friendly and nice Lovely atmosphere
Quick in and out. Gas prices a bit higher than others in town. Good pizza, doughnuts, coffee etc... Small older building. Could use some updating. Overall good service.
Westville Casey's. Always has what I need, the employees are always pleasant and helpful. We have never had a bad experience ordering pizza at this location
Every single time that I go in this store the clerks are very nice. Out of all the Casey's stores this is by far the best one to get a pizza from ❤️
