Casey's

I cannot believe the way they treated their customers and made a big scene in front of other customers which caused a lot of chaos. They were not friendly at all. Very rude. I would drive right down the street and pass up this Casey's. This is not the cases you want to stop at. It is the worst one in the state of Iowa. I cannot believe what I just went through. Don't take your chances

Employees will leave you just standing at the counter. Stopped in for smokes, nobody at the counter, lady in the back cooking saw me and yet nobody came to help so I just walked out. Not the first time it's happened to me at this store.

Sam was EXTREMELY rude when calling on the phone to ask a question, in fact hesitated when I asked for her name. After being on hold 3 minutes, I had not expected such an attitude for a simple question. Do better.

It a pretty decent one. We stop there on our way through and it goes pretty well, service is fast for as long as the lines are, friendly staff and the store is clean. Always food in the warmers which is a plus as some of them just can’t keep up it seems. The parking lot is nice and it’s easy access of the highway. They have 3 grades of fuel, but they could use more gas pumps. I’ve had to wait a few times to fuel up and that sucks. The bathrooms on my visits have been clean and stocked so I hope you get the same.

I called to order pizza and Jennifer answered the phone. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza which is our favorite and she said she would be cooking that and it would probably be about 40 min for delivery. She was absolutely wonderful. I got my pizza about 42 min after I ordered it. I think that's the best Hawaiian pizza I have ever eaten. Kudos to Jennifer for the awesome service and best pizza ever.
