Casey's

Ordered pizza for the first time at this Casey’s location. I ordered it online so that we could get some other things done before we went into town. The gas station was so busy with people coming and going. The majority of the people all came to pick up a pizza. The two people working in the kitchen were running around making pizzas as fast as they could. I got my pizza a little later than the time said. The lady in the kitchen apologized and I told her not to worry. I saw how hard she was working and how many pizzas they were making. The staff were so nice and when we brought the pizza home it was just how we wanted it. Such a delicious pizza!

Waterville Casey's has been quite disappointing in the last few months. When I go to the gas station, I often like to get a fountain soda, and the machine has been broken for months now. I decided to try them out again today, knowing I had ice in the freezer since the ice machine on the fountain soda doesn't work, and unfortunately I did not taste the soda before exiting the store. It was a completely flat, warm Mountain Dew. It is so bad I just dumped it down the drain when I got back to work, wasn't even worth finishing. Casey's rewards is what always kept me coming back even with how poorly the store has been ran this summer, but I will be heading over to the Phil Mart from here-on out. I did give it 2 stars instead of 1 because I like their pizza when we order it. But when I would get

We’ve ordered here for years & have always loved the pizza. I’m not sure if they changed the pizza or what happened… but this pizza is FULL of onions. My dad didn’t care but the rest of us couldn’t eat it. They gave us lots of chicken even though we only ordered 8, so thank you for that- but the pizza changed :(

Visited Casey’s General store in Waterville, Minnesota on 6/24/25, several of the pumps were out of fuel, bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning and the store in general was very dirty. Went to get some soft drinks and they were out of lids. I asked the cashier how can they run out of lids and she goes I don’t know we just did., Kind of in a rude way. Definitely need some management upgrades.

Pizza. Great thin Crust On box it sez ....PILED HIGH WITH YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS.... Not true...on our large pizza....sausage was very skimpy to almost nil.
