Casey's

02/07/26 ordered online at 12:30 pm and got a call from a male employee that it's going to be 1:30 to 1:45! Ok order it anyway. We go to pick it up at 1:50 pm and a grotchy female employee with a attitude said he told you 2:00 ( NOT) I think they try to talk you out of ordering! We ordered 2 Pizzas and 1 bread sticks with extra marinara and garlic Parmesan sauce that we paid extra for! 1 hour and 45 minutes later at 2:15 we get the order! We can't find the sauce that comes with the bread sticks or the extra ones we purchased, none nowhere! The female was rude and incompetent!

Been going in here for over 9 years. Service always above n beyond! Great service and great people

The kitchen manager was belittling the staff when I stopped inside and that is unacceptable for an equal opportunity employer, treat others the way you want to be treated. It’s in your own Casey’s employee guide on ethics, do better!

Worst Casey’s in the 217. I work in warrensburg and this place NEVER stocks pizza in the warmer. They never stock the wraps or sandwiches either. If you plan on stopping for a quick slice might as well drive right past. The employees are normally rude like you inconvenience them. Hands down worst Casey’s I’ve ever visited.

I got a medium cheese pizza with garlic crust it took 30 minutes, they didn't even give me garlic crust and they were giving me mean looks the entire time. They avoided me for 15 of those minutes even though I was trying to get their attention.
