Management and employees seem to do an amazing job. The store is always clean and they’re the friendliest group of people ever. The problem is definitely over their head, above managements head. They’ve had broken fountain drinks for over a month and anytime something breaks down it takes forever to get it back up and running. They’ve been shut down completely for 4 days due to their system being down. It appears, corporate has them at the bottom of their list.

I was there to pick up a two pizzas. They were making the second with the first in the oven. Someone needed help with exchanging a propane tank. Instead of finishing the pizza and throwing it in the oven which might of took a minute or two, they stopped the pizza and helped with the propane exchanges which took around 10 minutes. That 10 minutes the pizza could of been cooking inst r ad of making me wait that 10 minutes just to finish the pizza and make me wait 10 mo

Employees stood around for 20 minutes outside and smoked right in front of the no smoking sign. It's definitely not my high priority to enter this location with being allergic to cigarette smoke. Why do they have to smoke in front of the front door?

Why get new gas pumps if they are always broken or only have one type of gas available. The people are always great and the place is always clean but getting gas there the past 2 weeks is nothing but a pain now.

Too busy doing a waste to help a customer. I’m not just trying to be rude but you had 3 people behind the counter I stood there for at least 5 minutes no service won’t be back.
