Showed up to pick up two pizza I had ordered 30 minutes ago. Nobody was working the food area so I asked the clerk for my pizza. She stated she could not find anyone to locate my pizza. Seemed like she could care less either way. Did not apologize or offer any helpful solutions. It’s unfortunate because this place use to be good. Needless to say I left without my pizza and would rather travel out of my way than go back here.
Extremely rude to their delivery drivers. I had to drive all the way from Omaha for a five dollar delivery that’s insane that should’ve been $20-$40 minimum. This is absolutely unacceptable and it’s the theft of Services.
I really hope they can get this location under control. High turnover, rude staff and long afternoon lines due to only one register open. They are lucky Valley doesn't have many other options.
This place used to be great and now is trash. Second time in a row I showed up to pick up a pizza and it hadn't even been started. Don’t have an app if you can’t use it to order a pizza. Not even a sorry or anything. Just “she” is busy making pizzas…. Apparently not! Or at least not before smoking a pack of cigarettes. There wasn’t one pizza on the oven or in a box when we arrived. So they lie to you on top of being rude.
Never restock receipt machines on their pumps, still never stocked even after Casey’s responded to this. Hmm.
