The food is good, but the employees are absolutely rude. I work in a kitchen so I get it. But simply asking questions is not a customer inconveniencing you. I’ve come a few times and the first time, they saw me standing there for almost half an hour before even acknowledging my existence. The next time I came for a slice of pizza. What was in the warmer was expired, so I politely asked if they’d have some fresh pizza soon, and they said “um no” with a smirk on their face. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Extremely slow kitchen - waited 25 more minutes from estimated time and they messed up the pizza by not following simple instructions on order.

Pizzas used to be alright from here. Seems they get lower and lower quality over time. Got a couple of Pizzas tonight, asked them to be cooked well done (crispy and longer cook), recieved the pizza and its definitely raw. Both of them. The pizzas in my over at home finishing cooking. Seems this is the new norm here. This isn't the first time it been undercooked but this is the most egregious.

Always the best service and the best pizza. Delivery is always and great.

Major let down. We came in to get something to eat and drink. The soda drink fountain ice machine was out of order, and the drinks in the refrigeration area were seriously lacking. I passed a customer in the store, and she made the same comment about how few drink choices they had. I asked how long to get a full-size pizza, and the lady in the kitchen area was pleasant and said, "Let me check." She asked the guy working in the kitchen also, and he very rudely said an hour! After that, we decided to just get a couple of slices (they were not very good) and leave. There were also several flies in the store. I can deal with some, and I understand it happens, but there were a lot. It was apparent they were not trying to do anything about them.
