Wow Amy the manager i horrible to new hires talking down and treating not only the new hires and customers like trash wow 😑 what a disappointment 😒 im good on not going back in there when she's working such disrespect new hire will make mistakes that why your training them

This is my second time ordering at this store! I ordered a pizza today, an employee called me soo rude telling me to make sure i pick up my order this time cause i guess i never picked up my other order when i have reciepts on my phone that ive picked up my orders, i told her she must be confused because this is my second time ordering here. Bad service, when i came to pick up my pizza employee was rude took long to ring me up cause she was looking for the reciept to prove me wrong but ended up not finding anything. She didnt want to look at my reciepts on my phone or hear me out she kept walking away. Overall bad service. Better your employee on customer service!

Most employees are very polite but in the last 2 weeks since I moved to the area (walking distance of the store) I’ve tried to order online 4-5 times and the wait times from 60 to 120 minutes and no one answers the phone I went in to order and not much food in the warmers and didn’t see anyone in the kitchen. The one time I did get to order the pizza was good and done in the 90 minutes promised.

Came in before close to quickly grab something to eat since I just got out of work myself. I took a sandwich from the case by the door and went to the counter. The lady working was extremely polite which is the only reason I am giving this 3stars. when I got the sandwich home and opened it the bread had mold on it. I checked the date and it said it should have been good until the 28th.
