Casey's

Not sure who the lady is that was working on the evening of January 2nd 2026 in the kitchen, but she was extremely rude. If she hates her job that much she should find a different one where she doesn't have to talk to the public.

The air machine doesn’t last 3.5 minutes like it said. The payment screen doesn’t show how much it is plus it’s hard to read and I got charged $9 for using it twice. Definitely didn’t get my 10.5 minutes of air. Go across the street to pump and pantry for $1 air. What a joke to pay $3 for air.

You can always tell when one lady is running kitchen that morning, none of the food is marked and it's always cold, lukewarm at best. The look on her face clearly states she has no desire to be the and the times I've interacted with her at the counter were the complete opposite of the kind of service we usually get at this Casey's. Hopefully they realize they're only as strong as their weakest link and she's definitely that, there's nothing enjoyable about the visit when she's working.

Pizza is always pretty good. But the older gal working in the kitchen. Needs to find a different job, customer service was horrible and she has a very poor attitude, always awnsers or talks snidely to you. I ordered pizzas at 8:30 came in at 9:30, and she told me well they been here for 2.5 hrs so we threw them unless you want half of the pizza cause we ate the rest. Unacceptable.

Got my pizza in 20 minutes and very good!
