I never leave reviews but I am disgusted by the managers behavior. Or whoever the tall lady with the wack eyebrows is. She’s so rude to her employees and infront of costumers! I feel so sorry for the employees, and when she checks me out I feel so uncomfortable and not wanted in the store. If she hates her job she needs to quit!

So my first time ordering pizza was bout week ago the supreme pizza was great nice thick crust and good amount of topping the second is the bacon chicken and ranch pizza ordered the same crust just to get thin crust seems to be hit or miss depending on who's cooking at night had to cook my pizza too for another 25 mins cause it was still doughy

Staff is awesome, just wanted to point out one staff member in particular that was amazing by the name of Cayden. There was something wrong with the systems which made our order a bit delayed and he apologized multiple times for the wait (Wasnt upset by any means I totally get it) and gave us free coupons due to this delay. The awesome service was greatly appreciated, thank you.

I placed a last minute, large order for a volleyball team and ANGELA rocked it ALL BY HERSELF! She was efficient, professional, and had a great attitude! All while being super busy with other orders, as well. Thank you for your hard work Angela!

It's a Casey's so you know what you're going to get - they have most of the usual amenities. My complaint with this one in particular is that it always seems to be dirty and sticky. If you're driving through Shabbona, you're going to be driving through Waterman, so save yourself the trouble and go to the Waterman Casey's instead.
