Casey's

The store manager is so disrespectful and doesn't know what she is doing. They need to get proper management in there that can run the store right and train there staff right.

I usually have no issue with this location but I decided to grab a prepackaged bakery item (the Casey's brand cake bites) and there was little mold spores all over one of the cakes. I didn't make a huge deal, just took that package to the counter so nobody bought it and got sick. The employee said it was blue food coloring and put it back on the shelf. Treated me like I was an idiot. Please check the things you pick up BEFORE paying.

I would give zero stars if possible! Rudest person there! Ordered through the Casey’s app, DoorDash delivered but didn’t deliver any of the food just the pies and soda, when I call to get the problem corrected, they tell me I have to go through DoorDash even though their app says to go through them, they will not give me a refund and I have no way of picking up my food! The incompetency is unreal!

When I walked in, they appeared to be fast and efficient workers far as I could see. I was in and out faster than most gas stations I go to. Most of the time I'm not looking for smiling faces when I walk into these places. Yes it's always nice to be treated like a human being but that doesn't require a smiling, happy cashier. It's all about how they speak to me, if we happen to converse for whatever reason. And getting what I'm there for, getting and out fast as possible that's what I was hoping for in going there and that's exactly what I got I don't care bout the cashier's facial expression or mood. Long as they can get me out of there and back to the car fast.

Love my girls at Casey’s! Keep up the good work! Almost everyone in there is friendly & has excellent customer service, however there is one who’s work ethic (presentation & personality) is below standards in my opinion. I won’t mention any name (s). Attitude toward customers is very important especially 1st impressions and I know that the others are genuine & friendly so I look passed this.
