This is ridiculous. Tell me why my friend was at work and hungry so I brought her this chicken. After being busy it got cold so she microwaved in at her work and it WAS STILL RAW. When she called to complain they said since she wasn't able to bring it up there right now she was just out of luck and hung up on her. What?! This is ridiculous. She could be get sick and they give zero remorse and hung up on her without offering her anything?! That's the most bogus thing I've ever heard of. Smh. Never again.
Ordered a supreme prize without sausage and hamburger and this is what we got said they are out of pepperoni why was I charged for it then…
This Casey’s was great because of the exceptional customer service provided by Joshua late Saturday night. Joshua went out of his was to check in the cooler in the back for drinks when we didn’t see what we wanted up front. Gage was very quick on making our order even though there was a large order in front of us.
Went in on Wed around 5:45 to buy beer. Young man politely told me he wasn’t young enough to sell it. Understandably. The of age female employee told me she was on break and to come back in 10 min outrageous
The kitchen staff never seems to care about anybody’s orders like ever we ordered food an hour ago now and the freaking food still isn’t done I’m sick of it y'all need to fix this crap , and they can never get the order right and get pissed off when you come In telling them , y'all need to do better!!!!
