Casey's

Casey's pizza has always been great. Until now...Ordered pizzas and sides through the app at 11 am. Was supposed to be ready at 5. Sides were ready and boxed before pizza had been made. Appeared to be confusion in the kitchen. Finally left with everything at 5:20. Have been to quite few few Casey's but won't go back to this one, not for that quality of food. Other than that, clean and decent selections on the shelves.

I called and they never did pick up their phone . Finally called son in law and he had to go pay for the pizza.

The pizza used to be awesome. But it has went downhill dramatically in the last few months

So i just left your store with no pizza. I was traveling and had phoned in an order using your automated answering service. I'd get rid of that. It said my pizza would be done at 12:08. I got there at 12:25 and walked in to find 4 people working there and one off the clock employee griping about all things Caseys. I got a fountain drink and headed up to the counter and found it difficult to draw anyones attention from gossip circle they had formed. After finally getting the assitant managers attention, she informed me that no pizza had been made as their order machine beeper was inoperative. A chorus sang out to affirm this had been fact for several days, so i hope the beeper repair service has been notified. I travel through a lot in the early morning hours. It says the kitchen opens at 5am however every time I stop, nothing is available. No reason to not have at least a breakfast pizza which you’re known for ready by 6:10 am when you’ve been open for over an hour.
