Casey's

I'm a Dasher so I'm here all the time lol. Food is usually almost ready to go when I get there. I'm always greeted when I go in (unlike other places). I get my gas here 90% of the time. I've ordered my own pizzas & breadsticks from here & it's always very good! Stevie in the kitchen & the others I usually see in there are Great. I actually look forward to going into this store :)

This location was not clean. The counters were dirty with random empty cups sitting on them and spilled coffee. One ice machine broken and multiple pops unavailable. No lids where the drink cups were. This location needs help! The only positive was the woman at the counter on 12/30/25

I have a routine every morning. Go to caseys get my breakfast and my drink before work. Well ever since they got new employees for the kitchen, food is never ready. No doughnuts, no sandwhiches and no pizza. Employees seem nice but the kitchen is not up to par. I go in today and they are putting biscuits and gravy in cardboard box not the plastic ones. Sounds like a mess waiting to happen. Ive been slowly not going anymore because i cant get food.

Most of the Casey’s is fine. The employees are fine, especially the cashier that makes jokes. But the Kitchen is just atrocious. They are never on top of their game. Never have enough breakfast pizzas on standby, and when you order online ahead of time, you arent saving any time because they’ll just start making it once you get there. It’s always the same guy, so maybe the other workers are ok, but I’ve consistently been disappointed by the kitchen at this location

So we get to the store at 7:45, walk up to the kitchen and ordered a taco pizza. Guy said it will be done by 8:00, so we walked around the store and got snacks and drinks. We go up to the counter at 8:08 and tell me why we were standing there til 8:30 for our pizza. We were going to call and complain, but the head of the kitchen came out after we walked out with our pizza and explained to us the situation and that his employees really are not doing their jobs anymore, which was nice and highly appreciated. I didn't want to call and complain and get that guy in trouble, but I wouldn't suggest ordering a pizza from there. It not only took too long, but was undercooked. Hard to eat. Slices would flop around. Horrible experience.
