I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But sometimes it's hard. There are some good staff that work there. However, the pizza can be quite different based on who is working. More often than not you have to drain the grease from the pizza before it can be ate anymore. Also, I understand some products may be out due to manufacturers...I get that. But when the staff do not fill the coolers just because....well that's different. Quite often I will have to have an employee go in back to grab something that is not on the shelf and I have even witnessed on multuple occasions where the customer would have to get it themselves. The photos were taken around 7am.

Called 3 separate times to make an order for pizza and all 3 times the same employee answered the phone and hung up on me as soon as I said I would like to order pizza. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be going here anymore.

Placed an order online for two pizzas and was accidentally given three (someone else in the house picked up the order, not knowing exactly what it was). Called the store to let them know what happened and Joys first response was that they only gave us the two pizzas. Would be pretty weird to call a Casey’s to lie about something like that, but what was even more weird was the attitude and response received from Joy! Work on your customer service girly

I’d give 0 but it’s not an option. Staff is rude. Stores a mess. You ask for something and if you want it, you’d have better luck doing it yourself. Husband has made complaints before due to staff behavior and all around rudeness. If you want to wait in line for a while staff goes outside to chat or flirt this is the store to go to. If you make a complaint against the Store managers daughter be prepared to deal with it outside of the business as well. We complained due to several issues (don’t know the staff) and also several chances and the store managers daughter decides to say some slick things at a school function. Went in tonight because we called corporate and the store manager decided to be rude as well. Fix your staff and maybe you all wouldn’t have complaints. This store is more c

The last few times we have ordered food including pizza it's been made great! We've noticed that a young man named Dawson was cooking. He has a great attitude, smile and does a fantastic job! The cashier also was very nice cheerful and welcoming. It was very clean and such a welcoming place! We will definitely be coming back!
