Casey's

One of the friendliest staff I have encountered in a lot of gas station chains. They did their service with a smile. We ordered Cheesy breadsticks and it was so good. Very nice, absolutely loved it!

I come in here for breakfast a lot because I work right here in town. And I’ve complained about this before so I would really like it to be taken care of but clearly it’s not going to be so I’m gonna have to start getting breakfast from somewhere else. Why is the bacon on the breakfast sandwich sandwiches only halfway cooked. It’s like it’s folded in half and then put on the grill and never flipped So you get one side of the bacon as nice and cooked and crispy and one side is just soggy and disgusting because it’s raw. Not to mention the fact that we used to get entire slices of cheese, but apparently that place is too hard up to give me a whole slice of cheese on my sandwich.

Being from the Midwest I’ve been to a ton of Casey’s and this one had a distinct difference, the staff. Each visit they were friendly and welcoming. Even making sure we knew where the ice was since it was tucked away on the side of the building. Keep up the good work as it’s noticed.

One of the managers is rude, hateful and aggressive. Her customer service skills are pathetic. I'm not sure what her problem is but I'm not changing my routine because or her combative attitude. I will continue to shop there but I'm also going to start speaking to her the way she speaks to me. This could get interesting. Stay tuned ..
