Update: Second time I ordered pizza and paid an extra $2…that’s $4 plus tax, 4 pizzas, for some garlic and Parmesan that I couldn’t see, taste, or smell. I brought it back in and the manager at the register said “he said he did it. I’ve had the extra garlic and parm crust. Quit ripping us off! The only reason I’m giving the Pontoon Beach Casey’s two stars is for the handful of other times I used their delivery services without a major screw up. I ordered food for me and my children at 5:24. It’s arrived at nearly 7pm. You can see they are missing a couple items as well. Cheese sticks are cold and pizza is underdone. No cakes pops. No 12-pack but thanks for the 2 liter. Enjoy your 20% tip that you definitely do not deserve.

This Casey’s has the best location in pontoon Beach Illinois, located on Pontoon Rd! It has diesel and regular unleaded, which there aren’t alot of in town! This one also has homemade pizzas they deliver and you can call ahead! They have other things in the kitchen as well that they make and to order; sandwich type to go food, chicken bites, cheese puffs the best sodas with the crushed ice!! They have slices of pizza that you can get and then they have pizza and soda specials! thepublic restrooms very clean, parking lot and very clean parking area for getting your gas as well as the station that you get your Soda that are just well cleaned also. Great lighting and the police patrol often in the area and the parking lot and staff are on it! A bakery Too!!

I ordered 1 large pizza doe consider pickup and went when it was supposed to be ready and notified them I had arrived. After 20 minutes I finally had to go in. Only to be told they thought my truck was a different color than I stated. No one ever bothered to even come out the door to check and when I said something they started they had customers. Don’t offer curbside if you are too lazy to take the orders out to the cars. By the time I got my pizza it was cold. And the service was horrible. I do not recommend this location.

UPDATE.. No call has ever been received from the district manager, and I was advised by the corporate office I would receive a call. When I called back the corporate office did not care and could not advise me what Caseys corporate office is doing about the manager not reaching out to me or the situation. This is unacceptable as lives could have been lost. During the recent tornado in STL that crossed right near this caseys. The store locked the door and would not allow people in for shelter. My 18 year old son was turned away in a tornado even though he is a regular customer there. They weren't letting people in supposedly unless they ordered pizza. I called during the storm to ask them to let people in and advised there was rotation above my house, and the person told me the doors are lo

Went in yesterday, what I wanted to purchase required ID, gave them my passport and they REFUSED to take it. From my knowledge…my passport is a Federal Government issued ID! Do better! Teach the ignorant employees the right way! By the way it was the bigger girl with glasses that did the evening shift! Watch out
