Casey's

My husband ordered a bacon breakfast pizza. Got home and it was a pineapple pizza with bacon. I called the store to tell them the pizza was wrong and we would be back in to get a new one. Also requested a refund in some gas as we don’t live close. Lady told me I’d have to call corporate and all she could do was remake it. I told her I’d be in soon. Got to the store 20 mins later and the pizza was not made. The lady told me she said she “could” remake it and not that she was going to. She claimed our phone call was breaking out although she seemed to respond just fine on the call. She offered to take all the individual slices off the heating carousel to assemble a pizza for me. Lady was very condescending and seemed to not care in the slightest. She refused to give me the number to corpora

The star of this store is Marquez Ervin. He was the face of Casey's tonight. Polite and knowledgeable. I have never seen such professionalism in this location. Please make sure he is rewarded for his outstanding service.

Stopped and got an apple fritter, 9 AM. it was dry and no glaze. Paid $2.19. One bite, gave it to the young girl to throw away. She just said, sorry. Should have offered a refund, but didn't seem to know what to do.

The poor staff is wonderful. They however work for a very very unpleasant manager. I witnessed a girl with no hair(customer )being yelled at me I close the door because she was letting her air out. The lady was holding door for elderly. Then she had the girl trespassed off the property for good. I will never be back there. This wasn't the first time she ran money out.

I'm glad we have this store in the community! I read the other reviews and thought I should offer a different perspective because I haven't experienced any of those things at all. I've ordered pizza twice already and it was great both times. As far as our being cluttered or dirty I'm just not sure how anyone could say that after being inside their direct competition. It's clean, everyone has been friendly, it's exactly what you would expect from Casey's pizza. I know some people just don't like Casey's pizza, and that's fine, but it's great to me. We have the population and traffic to support all the local businesses. Competition is always a good thing. Frankly the competition had 2 years to get ready to compete and didn't do much with it.
