Casey's

We came to Pike County for the color drive. We stopped at Caseys, because we like this store for using the facilities and getting a quick snack. I felt so bad for the workers, they were really busy and people just trashed the bathroom. Toilet paper was everywhere. The girl came to clean it and I felt bad for her that customers who have a privilege of using this restroom could show such disrespect.. The girl said it is usually worse. We also got pizza. It was the best, fresh and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. The young man was wrapping them up fresh as we watched. He wore gloves and everything was clean. We ordered another pizza when we came back through town to visit our Granddaughter. It was also fresh and hot. The ladies working in the deli were clean and very nice. If

Absolutely terrible. Lazy and insanely rude workers. The workers complain to you like you're their buddy and make you feel like a burden. They are always giving me attitude, and going on and on about how busy they are and how they can't answer my simple question. Whenever you order a pizza, it looks like it's been thrown on the floor twice. Get some workers who know who to actually deal with customers.

The parking lot is filthy and littered with trash, I tracked dirt and oil into the store and my vehicle. Store is not kept very clean. Bathroom is gross and smells like urine. Kitchen staff do a great job.

Casey's In Pittsfield Illinois USED to have the cleanest bathrooms. But that has changed drastically!!! I've been in them twice in the last week. Both times the floor has been so gross your shoes stick to the floor, there's never enough toilet paper or paper towels. It has a awful smell, just down right disgusting!!! The front counter employees aren't much better. You ask for a receipt and they don't know how to print one, to asking the original prices on items that are on the 50% off table...her exact words were "uhhh....I don't know, they are 50% off!" Well no joke I can read the sign that says that!!! That employee is Jamie Patterson by the way!!! It's sad to see this place go down hill. I guess I'll start going to the other gas station that has clean restrooms!!!

This is by far the worst Casey's in the area. They are always out of coffee, soda, cups, and other common items. Usually the exact same things every week. If you're running out of the same thing every week you obviously need to order more to prevent it from happening. The person that orders supplies for the store needs to start doing their job, or the owner needs to find someone that can do the job. You can go to any other Casey's in the area they are stocked better.
