These staff go out of their way to help each individual customer...I know from personal experiance that when I'm having trouble with my mobility the offer a hand to carry my drink(s)out to the car for me. You can tell they are not only well trained but supported by their management team. Talk about an awsome example of "Perry Pride," this is a good one.🇺🇸🙏🏻😇

Overall, the cute young girl was very nice despite the fact that she had to work overtime due to an over sleeping from her co-workers. On Sunday, the reefer trailer that I was hauling experienced a non release valve from the air chamber that is receiving its air supply from the truck thru the rear axle were frozen. Since the trailer is dated from 2017 which is not too old. 8 years and was showing signs of air blockage thru the air chambers that is suppose to send sufficient airflow to the air chamber. When the right amount has been met, the pressure release valve will open the brake pads. In this situation, the drums and the brake pads were frozen. If you happen to be in this situation: Step 1. I don’t usually leave reviews for gas stations, but I had to give a huge shoutout to the young man named CJ at Casey’s. Every single time I stop by—whether it’s early morning before work or late at night—CJ is always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to see someone actually enjoying their job these days, but CJ makes it clear they take pride in what they do. The store is always spotless when CJ’s working—the coffee area is clean, the food counter looks great, and everything’s stocked neatly. A few weeks ago, I had an issue at the pump and CJ came right out to help without hesitation. Just ordered a twisted pepperoni from Caseys for delivery. When it arrived it was hot and delicious. The crust was perfect. The young lady in the kitchen tonight deserves a raise!

I'm never ordering pizza for delivery from this store again. I just had surgery and can't drive so my fiance used the Casey's app to order pizza. Jokes on us. They don't actually have a delivery driver - they have a deal with doordash for deliveries. AND THERE'S NO DELIVERY DRIVERS FOR DOOR DASH IN PERRY, IOWA. We waited 2 hours just for Casey's to tell us to call doordash for a refund and for doordash to tell us to call Casey's for a refund. What a joke!!! We literally had to call a friend to give my fiance a ride to go get our pizza because WE CANT GET A REFUND from either party via the phone.
