Casey's

Stopped in last night at 10:55 to use the restroom and get a drink as we were passing through. We were greeted to the cashier telling us they close in 3 minutes. Other customers came in as well and were greeted the same way. The cashier did not let anyone behind me make a purchase and locked the door and shut off the lights as other customers were still in the store and others were trying to go in. I understand it was close to closing time but since when do you turn paying customers away?

Have to share. We had a door dash delivery driver literally steal a slice of pizza during delivery.. called west side caseys to tell them about it, and they offered to replace the pizza, even though it wasn’t in their control, or their fault. Great service, super happy with the solution. And hopefully that door dash driver is happy with their slice… smh

Experience in the store is great. Helpful staff and store is always stocked and clean. Sometimes a wait to check as this store can get very busy. Complaint is car wash. Car wash does a excellent job on my vehicle WHEN it is open. Every other day it is closed. Don't buy a car wash before checking to see if it open first. You got about a 50/50 chance.

2025 Update: It seems that Casey’s has been very receptive to the feedback and have overhauled their car wash now! It is almost always active, and gives a great wash now! I have no complaints anymore, their subscription is such a great value. Original Review: First of all, I would like to clarify that this is not a rant against any employees or the main store. It is about the car wash. I had a subscription through the Casey’s app for car washes that I couldn’t even use because half of the time it is closed for whatever reason. It is always a gamble to try to utilize my paid service. I like the car wash itself, however, I can never use it
