Casey's

Be very careful at this location. If you go into the bathroom or at least the men’s restroom, you’re liable to come out with hepatitis or something. The fecal matter that was stuck to the toilet seat a week ago is still there. The walls are filthy. The floor is gross. The sink is disgusting. If they treat cleaning this way, I would be very leery about ordering and eating any food from this location.

I’ve been to my fair share of gas station bathrooms, but this particular Casey’s location really takes the cake — and then drops it on the filthy floor. I was hit with a wall of musty air and regret the second I walked in. The floor looked like it hadn’t seen a mop since the early 2000s. The whole place gave off “biohazard zone” vibes, and I wouldn’t have been shocked to see a raccoon crawl out from under the sink. Casey’s, you’ve got great pizza and friendly staff — but if you want to compete with Kwik Star (which runs a tight ship), you’ve got to step up your bathroom game. Kwik Star restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and smell like actual cleaning products — not sadness and sewage. Do better, Casey’s. Please.

Black haired cashier with the nose wring was incredibly disrespectful. I gave her nothing but a good attitude and a smile from the second I walked in, and she made numerous snarky comments for no reason

Pizza was promised, per the employee at 12:44. I ordered in person at the store & waited. Ticket said 12:46. Actual time out was ready was after 1:00. Supreme pizza had no green peppers & ticket said NO green peppers. I however, DID NOT say, no green peppers. Pizza was fantastic but the other issues were easily preventable.

Was complaining about there being no plain half-n-half for my coffee. Sora made it their mission to find some…and they did! Thank you!! If everyone cared about customers this month, things would be different.
