Casey's

Bathrooms were clean except for someone who had bad aim...on all three toilets. It's really busy in there. Pizza is good. Delicious, in fact. The outside pumps were decent, except the diesel area was absolutely atrocious.

This is what the place looks like at 6:15 PM…. Come in for dinner and they’re out of everything and the staff is talking about getting drunk in the back, not paying attention to customers. I love Casey’s, but this location is a joke.

They did not make my food as I ordered it and refused to take responsibility for the mistake when I called about it. It was cold, they did not add the extra ingredients I ordered, and they cut in squares which I didn't request. They told me it was made to my specifications, which it absolutely was not. I've made the exact order before with no problems so it's not like I don't know how to use the app. Very poor customer service.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Casey’s in Nowata. They finally had fountain cups available, but there was no fountain soda. Only one employee was working in the deli area while two others were talking in the office. This will be my last visit to this location. It feels like they don’t value revenue or customer experience, yet the community is expected to spend our hard-earned money to support local businesses. I’d rather give my business to a place that shows they actually want to grow and serve their customers.

This store lacks management. Been here several times and the coolers are never stocked. Place needs dire help. Young guy Josh helped me. Just a counter guy but a guy who shows initiative. How this kid is not replacing the current manager is beyond me. The kid immediately hunted in the cooler for items I was looking for and apologized and accepted responsibility for the state of the affairs at this location. This franchise needs attention. I give credit to this kid Josh.
