Went in to pick up my pizza… saw the status of the kitchen and just couldn’t stomach eating anything from there. There was no one attending to the kitchen- until finally after 8 minutes of waiting he came out of side office area. I explained I wouldn’t be proceeding with my order due to conditions of the kitchen are, he responded it was clean… his hat on the prep table next to the chicken nuggets….

The older lady in the back making pizza has always been so nasty to me every time I go in. I always just try to tell myself it’s because they’re busy and she’s stressed but tonight I went in there wasn’t a single customer there other than me, I walked in to get my pizza I ordered online. I even gave it extra time to make sure it’d be done. I walked in and smiled and said hey, and she raised her voice with a lot of attitude and said “we’ll be with you in a minute, ma’am.” (I was not far from her, there was no reason to raise her voice) both workers just stood there for about two minutes in silence doing really simple task and It felt so uncomfortable. Slowest pizza makers in town. I'd add 20 mins to your promise time. Probably wise to drive to other side of town. It will be faster and taste better.

Had to go in store to pre pay for gas. When do pumping the guy at register gave me a receipt for what I prepaid for. I went to check how much gas was pumped and it was 25 and some change. So once again I told the man waiting on me that I needed my change from pump 10. He called several times for someone kid who was jacking around with several other employees by the kitchen. The kid came to register was a smart-ass to mam who asked how to do the tra action. Then walked back to group he was being loud with. Transaction still was not right man waiting on me called kid back over several times and the kid just became worse. All I wanted was a receipt showing the gallon of gas I had bought and dollar total. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. They are severely understaffed and take forever. I showed up when my pizza was supposed to be ready only to find out they hadn't even started making it. The guy dug through 10-15 tickets, found my order and said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I went back in and he told me he lost my ticket and never started my food. So I had to wait even longer for it to be made.
