Go in to get coffee and donuts. My bf gets the donuts while I get him a chocolate milk and my “cappuccino” get to the car and I pull out my cinnamon bun and there is the longest curly hair stuck to the bottom of it. I have him immediately turn around and I go in and find the woman in the back who made them. No hair net, no gloves on and in the kitchen. I show her the food and tell her I didn’t get it my bf did so I know it’s not my hair and she is very nonchalant about it and even said “oh it’s ok” no it most certainly is NOT ok. No offer for my money back or to make it right. I told her no it’s not ok I’ve now pad for food I’m not getting because your hair was all over it! She offered a weak apology and I left. Go to drink my cappuccino I got out of the labeled machine and it was hot coco
Very disappointed in this Caseys tonight! I ordered pizza and breadsticks. Something went very wrong with the order! My pizza was terrible! 2-3 slices every topping was completely off of it, the crust was so gross it didn’t resemble a pizza. I got no breadsticks then when i called the guy wanted to argue with me then hung up. Usually it’s not this bad here but the pizzas have gotten terrible
I've stopped here a few times in the Semi. Definitely handy having the separate fuel island and parking for big trucks or anyone pulling a trailer. Good selection and they keep everything stocked especially during these times. Friendly staff aswell, highly recommended stopping in.
