Customer Reviews
We ordered a variety of food: Salad (this was mine), chicken tenders, turkey club wrap and brownie bites (I sampled all). I'll start with the turkey club wrap - it was really good and a good value ($5.99) for the size. It had turkey, chicken, ham, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Pickles, and Ranch (put directly in the wrap). I would recommend the wrap. *To Casey's: Please add an option to the website to order the dressing on the side. The Create Your Own Salad ($6.99) would have been so much better without the dressing slathered all over the salad (see picture), instead of it being in a container (like it was for the chicken). I just assumed it would be in a little container. They were out of roast beef but I had chicken, ham and turkey, tomatoes and black olives.
Donuts and coffee with an epic disappointment. Coffee cup couldn't handle the hot coffee 4 minutes, and the seam came apart and leaked hot coffee all over me, and within 6 minutes, it poured out all over the car. I'll be in contact with
I bought one of those sausage, egg and cheese handhelds for breakfast, opened it up and it looked great, took that first bite and bit into raw dough on top. I didn't want to waste it so I ate the meat and egg and the rest went in the garbage. It didn't look like the picture at all, but then most things don't. I'll probable refrain from buying those again.
Went out of my way to the closest Casey's to get gas and a pizza. Long busy line for two cashiers, so I went to use the bathroom. Looked like the stall had toilet paper but had absolutely none left. So had to call the store to have someone bring some in. Afterwards, went to order pizza and they're out of pineapple, "Which would be on the next truck coming later today." Was also told that the bathroom not being cared for is from new people working the night shift.
Never wrote a review before but here I am doing one. I have been told by so many people that this Casey’s is no good and not worth spending your money at but I still went. After tonight definitely not worth going to I went there around 10 pm, saw that nobody at the register and there was a line and you could here staff shouting and laughing with each other in the kitchen when you walk into the store. Finally after I was ready to check out a team member was on the register, but the 2 girls that were in the kitchen decided to come up by the registers and still continued there conversation knowing they saw the line and some people in line asked if another register could be open and they ignored them and were still messing around when I walked out the doors!!! Worst customer service I have ho
