Casey's

Absolutely worst service I've ever had at a Casey's store. Pizza wasn't ready after an hour and the manager decided to take a break instead of helping to catch things up.

The app was not working. Phone was not being answered. The auto machine tried to charge me 50$ for a pizza. You all can keep it.

Usually decent service here, but the lady at the register this morning is having the customers bag their own stuff and makes it quite noticeable that she doesn't care to be there. (If you care to follow up, it was the lady at 6:40am on June 10th) Kitchen crew was on top of it though. Lots of options and all was piping hot!

Every time I'm in here, the employees are busting their tails and doing everything they can to take care of us. That said, it sure seems like they need more help. This morning the line was about the longest I'd seen, the place was as dirty as I've seen. The napkins, bags for donuts and several other things were empty. I think they're also reducing hours. Corporate, give them the payroll to get these good people some help.

I live in Melbourne Australia, and I’ve never been anywhere near Casey’s, but I thought I’d stop in give them a recommendation purely based on the images I saw while browsing google maps.
