This place used to be a nightmare (ordering especially) but they’ve gotten a lot better. The guy at the cash register was very friendly and the lady in the kitchen did an amazing job with my food. I’ve also noticed they’re stocking the warmers again which is great.

There is never food in the warmers. The gas pumps are always broken. The air pump is always either out of service or will take your money and not turn on. Every time you order a pizza it’s a 45 minute to hour process. The employees either will not speak to you or just ignore you. Terrible place all around.

employees never have cups or straws stocked. when they are asked where theses things are they get an attitude. restocked the cups and straws myself because if not it’d never get done. do your job and then you won’t be asked these questions!🙄

I ordered a pizza,it took way longer than I was quoted. They were having tanks filled with gasoline and the smell was awful. Finally got my pizza(taco pizza) got home & it had no refried beans on it. I call & she says,"I put them on there. "I say",I'll bring it & show you". She said,"I'll make a new one "& hung up. Not very nice customer service 😕

I was traveling today and stopped at this Casey's about 9:00 am and on the way back about 2:30. Not a single slice of pizza for sale either visit. For a company that claims to be famous for pizza, they are pretty terrible at selling it.
