Drove 20 min. to this location to redeem some winning scratch offs. Only to be told by cashier that she doesn't gamble and ask if I knew where the bar codes were. I thought that was her job. Would not help me. What a waste off my time. Will never go back to this location again. I'll spend my money elsewhere. What a joke.

Two times while just ordering pizza from caseys it was wrong/missing something. Two other times we ordered through door dash and it was wrong, though the secound time ordering through door dash one of our pizza had no pepperoni. Our sause we ordered were wrong. And we were missing all of our snacks AND drinks from the order, had to call only to for them to tell me they wernt on the order. Had to ask the man to reprint the receipt to tell me I was right. I love caseys pizza but come on :(

If I'm home, I'll online order a pizza from this location. The Aurora locations seem to never get it right. I've never had an issue with the staff or the fuel pumps. Also, the store is always stocked for what I need. Well done!

Gas is okay, price usually don’t great, (not that it’s their fault) but let me tell you, the service on the pizza/food side: AWFUL! Pizzas are never done when they’re supposed to be. I went in here once and the pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm and I waited until almost 9pm for it! It was ridiculous. I understand being under staffed but the people just didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Another time I went in to get pizza and the lady making it totally messed it up and she didn’t even tell me she did, someone else working with her told me…I don’t recommend getting pizza here unless you’re really desperate!

The credit cards on the gas pump didn’t work. I had to go inside to pay, which is fine but the attendant put the gas to premium which quite a bit more money. I asked them to switch it back but they couldn’t/wouldn’t. So I’m stuck with less gas. I’m not sure if the problem is faulty equipment or lack of training. Either was this made for a frustrating experience. Im not sure where I’ll stop to fill up next time but I know where I won’t.
