Casey's

Pretty disappointed again - we are a repeat customer but not sure how many more times - there are hardly any toppings on our taco pizzas which has been normal for a while now. Disappointing again.

A couple years ago the coolers were never stocked, but in the last year or two we have come to appreciate the new management. Coolers are always stocked and the staff is friendly, engaging and kind (no matter what time of day you stop in). The only feedback I would have is to wash up the sidewalks outside. :o)

Order my pizza it says the pick up time is at 5:13. I walk in at 5:15 and they haven’t even started to make my pizza yet no apology no nothing. This will be my last pizza for me Casey’s. I can promise you that because it’s happened a few times

I recently dropped my debit card on the ground while fueling. Called the store right away and asked if anyone turned one in, but they said they hadn't seen it. Not long after, they did find it and Missy went through the effort of finding my Facebook profile and sent me a message letting me know she found it. This speaks to their honesty and sincerity, and it meant a lot to me. But I appreciate the store and the good, honest people that work there.

I stopped in to grab some lunch. I asked the staff if I could get a sub sandwich made. They said there were pre-made ones in the grab and go cooler. I went and looked, and it only had one soggy looking turkey sub. The woman said "well it looks like we are out." There was a sandwich prep cooler in the kitchen, and apparently, they didn't care to make a fresh one for me. I gave up and left. Caseys has the absolute worst customer service out of all the gas stations.
