Garbage is literally overflowing on every garbage can outside. I told the clerk at the front the cans outside are all full and her response was "yep...". I then said there's literally garbage all over the ground. "Yep..." I guess they don't care. Kinda gross if you ask me. On the plus side, pizza was good.

If tall young kid (jack) is working DO NOT EAT THE FOOD!! Watched him grab cash and then with the same gloves on he went and made a pizza (stretch the doe) I wouldn’t trust it GROSS

I am local here in Lonsdale. There are 2 convenient stores here. I stopped going to Casey’s a few months back and took my business across the street for these reasons . I have ordered 2 pizzas for pickup both curbside which I had to wait for 30-35 min for both, one of which was burnt to a crisp!! Only to be told for future reference you should use the app and let us know you arrived, I said you mean this app, which I had already informed them that I had arrived 40 min prior. The employee then said, well I don’t know this is my first time. No apologies, no attempts to make it right . Horrible , Horrible customer service . I walked in after a long day at work for cigarettes and Redbull. Which I couldn’t find any Redbull , when I got up to the counter the gal told me , oh sorry , looks like t

Place is horribly managed, there is never any food ready. Coolers are never stocked either. We here in lonsdale are hoping for kwik trip to come. Do better. *Addition to review, after original post the problems seemed to be getting resolved for a week. Then back to the same thing with no food ready, also they have been out of gas multiple times in the past month. You're a gas station that has two things going for it... gas and convenient food, you're failing at both. I now stop at kwik trips in other towns on the way to work since they have both in stock. It's not worth stopping at caseys anymore to walk in and be disappointed again and again.

Just went into the store and opened a few refrigerator doors to look at things, and when we get to the front we get accused of stealing. We came back later to get a drink and get accused again. Was accused by Assistant manager Kurt.
