Casey's

Placed an order for two pizzas tonight, one being a gluten free taco pizza. My husband got the pizza home and we opened the box and the only toppings on the pizza were pizza sauce, beef, hardly any cheese and lettuce. Called the store and he claimed he changed my order and it should show on my online receipt that they don’t have chips… 1.) Customers place their phone numbers and contact information for a reason, it takes 2 seconds to call and see if they want to change their order or cancel if you are out of the taco chips that go on the taco pizza. 2.) You failed to verbally communicate anything to my husband when he got to the store, which is highly unprofessional. You don’t just change someone’s order without warning have them leave your counter and pay $37.43 after a 20 minute drive an

Tuesday nite I was traveling through use to caseys closing at 11 so went there about ten and they were very rude I had no idea they closed at ten as I was traveling through . They need talked to . Very rude and a horrible experience.

Got pizza here last night. We always go there if we want pizza on a Sat. night. It is always the best but was terrible last night. Was very disappointed. Won't go back for a very long time if ever. 6-9-24

Typical Casey's store, price gouging (it's the American way) since the corporation understands there is no place else to go. Example hurricane hits production in Texas, the effect shouldn't be felt in 3 weeks maybe, here in Lohrville the price went up 31 cents overnight. $2.29-$2.60. Ordering a pizza is a little hit and miss, Barb does the best job. I order mine without sauce because Casey's adds diesel fuel to their sauce (in my opinion). An ever expanding line of alcoholic beverage for a town that thrives on booze and or Meth. Fairly high staff turnover, but a few have been around for 20 years or so. Lohrville Casey's has the best pizza our if all the surrounding caseys. Idk why but it's always more evenly cooked and the crust is always nicer. Also, such kind employees.
