Casey's

The cashier was too busy scrolling on her phone. She turned around while I was finishing swiping my card to show a person in the office behind something on Facebook. When she thanked me for coming in I barely realized that she was talking to me because she was still in the office.

I don't know what the management is doing here, but baring witness to a cashier literally about into a panic attack because her co-worker couldn't handle trash and quitting, 1 star. Ever since the managers changed, this store has been going downhill on the inside. Thankfully, the workers are literally pulling themselves up as best they can, but you can very much see the strain they are putting on themselves. Something in this store has to change, and I can clearly see, it is not the workers that care for it. Someone from corporate needs to get in here and handle this woman so this store can go back to the way it was.

Almost got 5 stars but every time I come here the receipt machines don’t work on the pumps and the window washer wipers don’t clean. Higher quality wipers would make a big difference.

Wednesday January 22 2020 @ 10:20pm Advice never go at night for anything, she is rude never gives a bag with any of my purchases. She scans my items and goes right beck to seat down DOESN'T give me a recipe, I have to ask for it. I come here all the time and always the same problem. This is why I decided to go ahead and review this store. No problem in the morning when I go just at night. Also another point is that last week she put 10 items in one bag And it rip on my son ON HIS WAY HOME he fell and HURT his right hand. She acts like she has to buy the bags for Casey’s.

The manager is so friendly I feel very welcomed when I go here. I have stopped a few times in the same week and the workers have such great customer service and they know exactly what I am there for.
