Clean with good selection but the clerks are in no huury. They are completely comfortable watching the line grow, and feel no pressure to pause their conversation to sell a customer gas. Even though the other register is occupied by someone browsing the latest lottery options.

Just wanted to get gas and clean the bugs off my windshield. Every squeegee Reservoir was bone dry and every single trash can was absolutely overflowing. I ain't bother to go inside for snacks or drinks because I can't even imagine how bad that would have been.

I am thoroughly pleased with the new manager, Deb Benson. She showcases a rigorous work ethic and has been reinvigorating the Lakin Caseys since she began. The store's cleanliness has improved remarkably, and the staff's hygiene and customer service have become dominant priorities. Deb has clearly elevated the standards of this establishment.

Store is extremely unclean, the cashier who I was informed last name is Matthew’s smells like he hasn’t showered in a month. I’m from out of town but I’ll be taking any future business to Presto or u pump it!! Also ordered a pizza and was told 6:43 it is 7:04 and my pizza is still not ready! Looks like a brand new place very sad the workers or lack thereof

Pumps never work, remain that way for weeks to months and never get fixed. Employees are dirty, cleanliness is not top priority. Food is not how I remember it being ever. All other Casey’s have pretty good food but this one it seems like I find a hair everytime or it’s just plain awful. Parking lot is always a disaster. Trash overflows at pumps and doors, cigarette butts all over the place, no cleaner in the squeegee boxes ever. So much wrong I could say
