Worst station I’ve ever been to! Went just for a restroom stop. All the toilet paper was all over the floor and none available to use. I was curious and checked the men’s and the same thing. I asked if there was a manager to speak to but there was not one on shift. Should be one every shift! On top of it all every employee was on their phone standing around behind the counter. Millions on things that needed to be done but everyone refused to do!

Got coffee and a cinnamon capacino and the coffee was absolutely delicious. Capacino was awesome she said. Purchased in kingman ks. In the afternoon. Amazing coffee.

Placed our order for pick up, said it would be done at 6. Went to pick it up at 6:10 and it was not even ready. Waited in the store for 15 minutes. Confronted the person working in the back about it and got some attitude from her. We asked for a refund and she said no refund because the manager was not there. She was very rude with the whole situation, unfortunately I did not catch her name. I did however catch the name of the cashier at the moment, Brianna. Brianna was very respectful and helpful with the whole situation. We understand that the woman working In the back was the only person working at the moment but that does not give you the right to treat your customers like they are the problem. We later found out after we left more customers came in the with same issue. Not impressed w

This was a quick stop for a fountain drink, they are running a special. .89 for a medium. They were completely out of the medium lid but charged me the same, letting me pour it into the large cup. It's a bit tight between the pumps and the store parking.

Cashier was too busy to even speak to me over her obviously personal call.
