Casey's

I haven't had any food from this Casey's but the service is excellent. It's always so clean! Thank you to their staff and management.

I come in multiple times a week and have always had a good experience with great customer service until last night. The man with the beard(I think his name tag said Chris or some name close to that) was absolutely horrible! He had a huge line and instead of checking people out he stood there talking to who I’m assuming is another customer about drugs and illegal fireworks!!! He was cussing up a storm while multiple children were in the store. I watched 3-4 people sit their stuff down and walk out. I will never go back when he is working. Do better!!!!

Stopped at 1230 to get a piece of Pizza during the Hwy 48 Sales, absolutely NO Pizza available or anything else by the slice. Guy in front of us asked anymore Pizza would be coming out, guy behind the counter advised he was busy with orders ( which there were only 2 slips up). Super disappointing.. youd think during lunch time you'd have grab and go fully stocked.

Every time we place a pizza order it takes over 1 hour. We show up at the time via the email and app, then get told oh 8 more minutes, then sit and wait 10 minutes….run back in and get told oh I’m just starting it so 8 more minutes. Not sure what happened the first 8 minutes or even from the time we ordered. This is a regular occurrence, busy or not, but this time no one was there and this was the occurrence. This is the only Casey’s we ever have issues ordering pizza with!

When trying to order food they are out of everything, plus I can’t tell if it’s personally thing cause there are Casey’s employees who hate me at this location. Honestly if I were you order from Stanberry and take the bullet on gas cause it’s worth it. I don’t understand how they are out Briaket when they order surplus cause it’s the new item. Planning ahead is important for a business and I’m done with this Casey’s. Gas is about it for them 🤷‍♀️
