I'm a little new to the area.. I ordered a pizza. Walked in the first time and saw it was sitting there but the cook was busy which is absolutely understandable. What wasn't was the 4 other employees (2 management by the looks of it) just standing there talking, no customers, seeing me, not helping me OR their co worker busting his butt in the kitchen. Then when I realized my pizza had no cheese ( which I definitely knew and understood it was my bad as I thought I had put extra) one of the two managers which im assuming was the higher up as she had a different top, was EXTREMELY rude, uncomfortable, and and straight up going out of her way to put me in a very uncomfortable situation as a customer by being extremely loud even after I said twice that it was totally my bad. I think pizza chef name was lucky. Not sure... what I am sure of, is that the jalapeño pizza I received tonight was the best pizza I have had there in 5 years. My cohorts feel the same. Highly recommend. 9/10.

We ordered a pizza. Went to go pick it up. As we were in the store we heard one of the employees complaining and cussing about having to work. He was even throwing things in the kitchen. When we went up to the front counter we trie to tell the front clerk about this but we were ignored. The employees are rude lazy and to be honest the pizza isn't even that good. Don't waist your money here. Just go to the Kwik star it's way better and cheaper.

This store is very unprofessional with both customers and team members. They lack cleanliness and just plain good service. The managers and employees, including regional manager, have negative attitudes and poor management skills. Corporate policies are not practiced, leaving team members in unsafe environments. Shelves are never restocked, coffee machines are often not filled or in non-working order, pizza orders are continuously backed up, just to name a few of the major issues taking place. So sad to see such a small town business in so much turmoil!

Just hiking by and needed coffee and snacks. It's a smaller store front than some but does not feel crowded and selection was still good. The staff was bright, friendly, and just left an overall positive impression. Good job gals! 👏💪
