Really nice Casey's as a truck driver I refill my fuel tanks here and sleep in the dead end street bobtail.

Tired of it all !! Fuel pumps down this has happened more than once or twice a year thank god I was traveling and needed gas after they closed to purchase late night . A lot of grab and go items are not priced there are NO salads to choose from what so ever sometimes kitchen help does show 😠 and staff doesn’t know how to cover that all opening employees should know how to cover the kitchen when there a NO show. Very disappointing when you go in to purchase donuts/ pastries. In past past few months till present month June 2025 pizza selection to go is slim to none maybe 8 pieces at the most. Sandwiches also slim pickings. When they first opened not sure how long ago they were good. Now on a scale 1 to 10 they are a 3 !! Sure wish we had a Kiel trip instead.

I come to Casey’s daily, I go out of my way to avoid any other gas station. Now I’ve been living in Janesville for a couple months and I literally go there daily and sometimes multiple times a day. But I’m done after tonight! I needed gas for the morning, drinks and snacks for my kids so we went at 10:47 (I live a block away.) and as I realize how annoying last minutes customers are, it’s still your job as an employee to keep an establishment open until the designated closing time (11:00). We walked up to the door which was locked, as two employees sat talking behind the counter and the guy mouthing “we’re closed!!” In a very rude way might I add. We pointed to our phone showing that it’s 10:49 and the man and woman turned to one another and literally laughed at us…. SUPER professional if

The customer service is pretty much nonexistent. The workers do not greet you when walking into the store. They don't stop their conversation whatsoever to assist customers at the register. They just continue to yell back and forth to eachother while the customer is checking out, barely asking if the customer has rewards. I told the employee to have a good day and got zero response back as they were still yelling back and forth with their coworker. This has happened on multiple occasions. I avoid coming to the Janesville Casey's as much as possible.

02/20/2025 roughly Noon ish, I made a stop at this Caseys to use the restroom and grab something to drink and eat, as I was on the road. I headed in and the bathrooms were closed off for "cleaning". I asked about them and the lady in the front just stated they were closed for cleaning. There was no one working on them and both employees were in the front of the store. The shelves were not stocked, no beverages that I would consume inthe coolers, and the food situation was non existent, nothing in the heater case or pre made. The first lady had greasy hair and looked to be tweaking hard on something, the other with tattoos on her face looked high as a kite. This is seeming to be common for the Caseys brand, no hot food, nothing pre made, nothing on shelves. I would not return to this Casey
