The store manager for Caseys in Hills, Iowa- Carrie, makes trips to the store very uncomfortable, she is unprofessional and berate, throws tantrums and fits about having to do work in front of customers, witnessed her having an argument with a significant other in store and she manages the store terribly, as well as her employees. The food.is also terrible and several of the kitchen staff had terrible BO. She was heard yelling at her employees often about the poor reviews that her store has as if it was all on them instead of looking at the leader of the store...she is the reason for people complaining and not returning. Terrible manager.
Only poverty 87 gas here. Don't waste your time if you have a car that requires premium.
Stopped to fill up with gas and wash my windshield. Water so dirty that it left my windshield worse than before I tried to clean it. Had to make another stop just to clean the windshield.
This is a great place. The manager, Carrie, is wonderful and her staff is great, too. Friendly service and great food. Store is very clean. I would recommend highly!
The Manager was very Friendly. She helped me pumping Gas for the First time in Amerika(im from Germany). And the Pizza was delicious. I think her Name was carrie or something Like this.👍👍
