Casey's

Casey's, in general, has been ome my favorite gas station. I prefer to use non ethanol in most of my vehicles due to preference and age. They also carry more of the stuff that I would want to buy at a gas station than many others ive been to. They're pizza is on point too. This particular Casey's, I find to be lacking in customer service. Some of the employees just dont seem to particularly care that customers exist but will help out of obligation, and a couple have even seemed to actively avoid me/ignore me even when spoken to. I pass through this Casey's at least once a month while visiting my son.

I waited almost an hour for two pieces of pizza while everyone apparently went on break. The only thing I heard was staff complaining about dishes and wanting to go home. After over 40 minutes and no pizza, I had to ask for my money back. 4 other patrons walked in and out with food. I have no idea what on earth they were doing back there, but it certainly wasn't making my 2 SLICES OF PEPPERONI PIZZA. I'll give Casey's another try somewhere else far away.

Racism is alive in Casey's in Herington kansas. My 23 year old daughter experienced racism for the first tine in her life at the hands of an employee and customer. Now the customer who commented on my daughters race an made a comment about "her kind" is not the stores fault, however the employee who told her they don't accept EBT.... which my daughter does not have and was not trying to pay with, indicates this place supports and allows racism. Steer clear folks is probaby safer to travel down the road. I just assured my coworker the other day that there aren't any racists towns in kansas.. I'm disappointed to say I was clearly wrong.
