Never have anything ready to eat. Breakfast is always low. Cashier stares at her phone when you walk in, doesn't even look up or acknowledge that you came in. Walk over to the empty food shelf, turn around and walk out empty handed to be told " have a nice day" without even looking up from her phone.

Typical gas station variety store good for gas coffee and a quick snack. Pizza sandwich cookie drinks nothing special or different here but dependable needs longer evening hours till 2 am would be good.

Usually get pizza or gas. It’s hit or miss with the quality of the food. Sometimes it’s hit and fresh sometimes not. Even when ordering on app. I usually order from Mansfield . Customer service goes the same way. Just your standard Casey’s

I live in Hartville and its daily I stop in this location whether it be gas or coffee. For the last 5 days coffee has been scarce and or cold. I realize the store itself is busy but I wont be back until y'all learn how to keep coffee station hot and rolling. Oh and when I do nicely request for a new fresh pot of coffee to be made that the employee not sigh in exasperation with rolling eyes where me the customer can hear you. Learn some manners!

I bought pizza from here last night. I buy pizzas from caseys often. But this is the 1st time in Hartville.This was the worst pizza I have ate. The crust was soggy and wasn't done. It was gross. I had to put it in the I oven just so we could eat some. I will never ever buy from this store again . I bought 2 pizzas now we have to cook more. Mansfield and moutain grove I have never had this problem. More training for this store.
